Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities

As a Field Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the field. You will:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our software and hardware systems

• Deploy and configure systems for new customers

• Train customer personnel on system operation and maintenance

• Gather feedback from customers and report issues to engineering teams

• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions

• Contribute to the development of support tools and documentation

• Travel to customer sites as needed

Who You Are

You have strong technical skills and a passion for supporting customers. You're a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems. You're comfortable working in field environments and with diverse customer bases. You have the maturity and professionalism required for defense applications.

Ideally, you:

• Have 3-5+ years of technical support experience

• Have experience with embedded systems or autonomous systems

• Have proficiency in Python or C++

• Have experience with Linux and command-line tools

• Have experience in the defense, aerospace, or similar regulated industries

• Have experience troubleshooting hardware and software integration issues

• Are comfortable with travel and field work

• Are willing to support customers in challenging environments
