Product Manager

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Teletactica's communication systems for UAV complexes. Requires 3-5 years of PM/PO experience managing complex technical products (hardware, embedded systems, telecom, RF, robotics, aerospace, or defense tech). You will conduct customer discovery with military end-users and UAV manufacturers, define value propositions for target segments (armed forces, special units, UAV manufacturers, international partners), manage product portfolio and prioritization, gather feedback from military and engineering teams, formulate functional requirements, collaborate with CTO and technical management on solution development, build product analytics (unit economics, margins), and establish product KPIs. You'll work at the intersection of business, engineering, and customer needs with strong communication and presentation skills, ability to structure complex problems, and comfort with uncertainty.
