Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services. Since its creation in 2018, the company has already grown substantially. Our team gathers more than 25 engineering expertise, from hardware design to software development & data science.
In 2024, Aerospacelab counts offices in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), Toulouse (France), Lausanne (Switzerland) and US West Coast with more than 300 full-time employees, with the ambition to position itself as the European leader in small satellites.
Role Overview
At Aerospacelab, we’re not just building satellites—we’re building the future of space. As we expand internationally, we’re strengthening our HR capabilities to support this growth. You’ll join a dynamic, generalist HR team supporting all
Aerospacelab entities, with responsibilities spanning Talent Acquisition, Development, Training, and Succession Planning. In this strategic role, you’ll drive organizational transformation, lead the implementation of warrant and stock option plans, and foster constructive social dialogue with employee representatives.
Your ability to navigate both Soft & Hard HR in a fast-paced, international environment will be key to shaping the future of our people strategy.
Must have
- Proven experience in change and transformation management in an international HR environment.
- Solid understanding of both strategic and operational HR (Soft & Hard HR).
- Experience with warrant and stock option schemes implementation.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a proactive mindset.
nice to have
- Experience in a fast-growing tech or industrial company.
- Familiarity with HRIS.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP.
- Training / certification in coaching.
- A passion for space, innovation, and building things that matter.
