Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer benefits enrollment for employees
- Manage employee data in HRIS (PeopleForce)
- Ensure HR record compliance and data accuracy
- Be primary HR-related employee contact
- Support HR lead in policy development and implementation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years HR administration experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable with HR systems and HRIS platforms
- Proactive and curious mindset
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
- Desire to grow in people operations field
- Experience with PeopleForce (preferred)
