About Swarmer

Swarmer develops AI-managed collaborative autonomy for drone and autonomous systems, creating vendor-agnostic solutions for coordinated robots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer benefits enrollment for employees
  • Manage employee data in HRIS (PeopleForce)
  • Ensure HR record compliance and data accuracy
  • Be primary HR-related employee contact
  • Support HR lead in policy development and implementation

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years HR administration experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable with HR systems and HRIS platforms
  • Proactive and curious mindset
  • Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
  • Desire to grow in people operations field
  • Experience with PeopleForce (preferred)
