Job Description
Swarmer seeks an experienced recruiter to lead comprehensive hiring efforts for technical and business roles across Poland and the EU. This hands-on position combines strategic workforce planning with full-cycle recruitment delivery, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from intake through onboarding

Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring priorities

Source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and events
-
Conduct structured interviews ensuring quality candidate experiences
-
Maintain ATS records in Ashby and ensure compliance
-
Track recruitment metrics and provide pipeline insights
-
Support employer branding and process improvements
-
Advise managers on talent market trends and hiring practices
Requirements:
-
3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in tech/engineering
-
Multi-domain hiring capability (software, product, operations, business)
-
Knowledge of EU and Polish hiring practices, contracts, and compliance
-
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
-
Upper-intermediate English minimum; fluent Polish required
-
Data-driven, proactive approach with candidate-focused mindset
