Physical Security Manager
Job Description
Swarmer develops AI-managed collaborative autonomy for coordinated autonomous systems. They seek a security professional to oversee organizational safety across people, facilities, and critical assets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify emerging risks and strengthen organizational resilience through systemic improvements
-
Manage access control systems and coordinate security contractor services
-
Lead physical incident investigations and maintain Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery plans
-
Conduct regular risk assessments for offices, labs, and critical infrastructure
-
Maintain compliance with Ukrainian defense and security institutions
-
Administer CCTV and fire safety systems; ensure emergency readiness
-
Develop and implement physical security policies across Ukraine and Poland locations
-
Ensure ISO 27001 compliance and maintain security documentation
Requirements:
-
5+ years in corporate, defense, or government security roles
-
Proven capability designing and implementing full-scale physical security programs
-
Expertise in physical protection, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment
-
Experience in multi-site, high-responsibility environments
-
Analytical, forward-thinking approach to threat prevention
-
Fluent Ukrainian; intermediate English proficiency minimum
-
High integrity and discretion with sensitive matters
-
Ability to influence senior leadership
