Swarmer develops AI-managed collaborative autonomy for coordinated robots and autonomous systems. The company seeks a Business Analyst to bridge Product and Engineering teams through requirements management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications

• Write user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence

• Analyze requirements for clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives

• Manage stakeholder expectations and handle requirement changes

• Conduct gap analysis and define system states (as-is/to-be)

• Collaborate with QA, development, and leadership during sprints and planning sessions

• Maintain current backlog and task tracking

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst

• Strong communication and cross-team relationship building

• Proven ability to define testable, clear requirements and acceptance criteria

• Stakeholder management and negotiation expertise

• Change management and systemic thinking capabilities

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) minimum
