Job Description
Swarmer develops AI-managed collaborative autonomy for coordinated robots and autonomous systems. The company seeks a Business Analyst to bridge Product and Engineering teams through requirements management and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Convert business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications

Write user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence
-
Analyze requirements for clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives
-
Manage stakeholder expectations and handle requirement changes
-
Conduct gap analysis and define system states (as-is/to-be)
-
Collaborate with QA, development, and leadership during sprints and planning sessions
-
Maintain current backlog and task tracking
Requirements:
-
2+ years as a Business Analyst
-
Strong communication and cross-team relationship building
-
Proven ability to define testable, clear requirements and acceptance criteria
-
Stakeholder management and negotiation expertise
-
Change management and systemic thinking capabilities
-
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) minimum
