Job Description
Swarmer seeks a meticulous professional to support test flight operations. This role involves participating in UAV field testing, documenting flight data, and identifying system issues to improve autonomous drone capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in field test flights
-
Execute pre-flight and in-flight observation checklists
-
Collect and organize flight logs, multimedia, and supplementary documentation
-
Flag abnormal system behaviors and escalate issues
-
Investigate emergency situations involving UAVs
-
Analyze flight patterns and recommend system enhancements
-
Assist pilots during field operations
-
Complete post-flight data collection per standard procedures
Required Qualifications:

Detail-oriented, reliable performer in field environments
-
Quick learner adaptable to new technologies
-
Clear communicator with factual reporting focus
-
Organized data management skills
-
Interest in data analysis
-
Upper intermediate English proficiency
Preferred Experience:
-
Category B driver's license
-
Multi-rotor drone background
-
QA/QC, technical support, or field testing experience
