Job Description
Swarmer seeks a detail-oriented professional to enhance the value generated from drone test flights. This role involves participating in field operations, collecting flight data, and analyzing system performance to support continuous improvement of autonomous drone technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in test flight operations in field environments

Execute pre-flight and in-flight standard operating procedures
-
Collect and organize flight logs, imagery, and supplementary data
-
Identify and report system anomalies or deviations
-
Investigate unusual situations and propose solutions
-
Analyze flight patterns to recommend system enhancements
-
Assist pilots during field missions
-
Document post-flight information per established protocols
Requirements:

Meticulous, detail-focused approach in field settings
-
Quick learner adaptable to new tools
-
Clear communicator with factual reporting skills
-
Strong data organization abilities
-
Interest in data analysis
-
Upper-intermediate English proficiency
Advantageous:

Category B driver's license

Experience with multi-rotor drone systems
-
Background in QA/QC, technical support, or field testing
