MV-4 Scorpion

A light-category unmanned demining and EOD system weighing 6,120 kg, widely considered one of the most proven platforms in its class. It handles mine clearance, route clearance, breaching and EOD manipulation tasks through exchangeable front and rear tools, with remote operation up to 1,500 metres. The MV-4 has been delivered to armed forces across multiple continents and served as core machinery for the US Army. It clears up to 1,800 square metres per hour.

MV-10 Bison

A heavy demining system at 20,920 kg built around a unique double-tool configuration — a front flail and rear tiller — that allows a single pass to clear ground to verification standard. Powered by a Caterpillar C18 engine producing 766 HP, it clears up to 4,000 square metres per hour and is the only system of its class verified in real combat conditions. It has been supplied to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense among other customers.

MV-2 Honey Badger

A compact 2,500 kg EOD and demining robot designed for difficult terrain with limited access. Its small footprint allows helicopter transport and deployment in areas too confined for larger systems, while a 200 kg-capacity EOD arm handles deep interrogation, cutting and device defeat. Hardox 450 full-body armour and a self-recovery winch make it suitable for unassisted field operations.

MVC8 Komodo

An unmanned ground system built for CBRN environments, capable of operating in low-oxygen and high-temperature conditions where conventional vehicles cannot. It carries a modular mission module for detection, sampling and decontamination of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, and can also perform firefighting, obstacle clearance and reconnaissance. The platform was selected as Rheinmetall's focus for scaling after the 2026 acquisition.
