Job listings link directly to each company's own careers page or application portal — we do not handle, gate or re-host the application process. Company profiles are based on publicly available information and may be incomplete or out of date. If something is wrong or you would like changes, see the takedown procedure below.

Intellectual property and trademarks

All company names, brand names, logos, product names, service marks and trademarks displayed on DefenceJobs.org remain the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification, navigation and editorial reference, in line with nominative fair-use principles. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with any company is implied unless explicitly stated.

The DefenceJobs.org name, logo, software, design, and all original editorial content (articles, country reports, atlas curation, methodology) are the property of Lux Perpetua OÜ.

Removals and takedowns

If you represent a company listed on the atlas and wish to have your profile removed, updated, or claimed, email [email protected] from a verifiable corporate email address. We action verified requests within seven (7) business days. We do not require any justification — companies may request removal of their profile at any time, for any reason.

If a job listing is incorrect, expired or should be removed, email us with the URL and the issue. We update the atlas at least weekly and act on direct notices the same week.

For copyright or trademark complaints, send a written notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work or mark; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material on DefenceJobs.org; (c) your contact information and authority to act on behalf of the rights holder; (d) a good-faith statement that the contested use is not authorised; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We respond to valid notices within seven (7) business days.

Liability and disclaimers

DefenceJobs.org is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lux Perpetua OÜ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

We do not control the content of third-party websites, ATSes, employer pages or other linked external resources, and we accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability or any damages resulting from their use. Application processes, employment relationships, salary terms, working conditions, security clearance procedures and all other employment matters are exclusively between the candidate and the employer.
