Product Owner

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark, or Kaunas, Lithuania

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of product development across our UAV systems portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and engineering execution, ensuring that product direction is both technically feasible and commercially impactful.

You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the product roadmap, translating real-world operational needs into clear, actionable development tasks, and ensuring alignment between sales, customer stakeholders, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product development roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and customer needs

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and engineering

• Work closely with sales and account management to identify new feature opportunities and product improvements

• Translate customer requirements into well-defined technical specifications and backlog items

• Ensure clarity of feature expectations, scope, and acceptance criteria across all stakeholders

• Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints

• Support R&D teams with context, clarification, and continuous feedback during development cycles

• Participate in product validation, testing, and release planning

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technical domain

• Strong ability to translate business/user needs into technical requirements

• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in UAV, aerospace, robotics, or embedded systems domains

• Background working with defense, uniformed services, or statutory organizations

• Familiarity with autopilot systems (PX4, Ardupilot) or similar complex platforms

• Technical understanding of control systems, communications, or embedded software

• Experience working in B2G (Business-to-Government) environments
