Your Responsibilities
This position combines demanding key account management with political stakeholder engagement. You will assume commercial responsibility for the strategic expansion of the business and ensure successful positioning in the market.

Establishing, maintaining, and further developing strategic relationships with the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) and other relevant players in the defence environment, with the goal of building long-term partnerships

Developing and implementing strategies in line with corporate objectives and the requirements of the defence sector

Identifying and opening up new business opportunities to further drive growth

Acting as the primary point of contact for the Bundeswehr and coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Building and maintaining relationships with political decision-makers as well as relevant authorities and institutions to achieve and further develop business objectives

Managing the entire bidding and tender process through to contract negotiation and successful closure

Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in the field of defence procurement

Conducting competitive analysis and ensuring strategic positioning within the market environment
Your Profile
We are looking to attract a sales-driven personality with expertise in the military and defence sector.

Expertise in defence and security, with a solid understanding of military procurement processes

Experience in managing complex sales projects

Professional background in Military, Government Relations, Public Affairs, Security, Public Relations, or a comparable field

Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

High level of customer orientation, a solution-focused and proactive mindset

High self-motivation, independent working style, and strong team skills

Willingness and enthusiasm for regular travel within your area of responsibility
