System Test Engineer – Future Discipline Lead (m/w/d)

At our location in Stockach – the gateway to Lake Constance –, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.

As a System Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing system qualification and validation testing. Working closely with external test laboratories and service providers, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will play an active role in shaping and further developing our testing capabilities while having the opportunity to grow into the role of Discipline Lead Testing, taking on technical leadership of the local testing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute system qualification and validation testing

• Coordinate external test laboratories and service providers for EMC, environmental, reliability, and mechanical testing

• Develop test strategies, validation concepts, and system-level acceptance criteria

• Support system integration, including the analysis, documentation, and evaluation of test results

• Assist with root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and quality requirements

• Collaborate closely with Hardware, Software, Systems Engineering, and external partners

• Continuously improve test methods, processes, and tools
