Deployment & Support Engineer – Telecom Systems

Your Role:

We are hiring a Deployment & Support Engineer – Telecom Systems, open to early-career professionals or more experienced engineers who want to work on real-world RAN deployments and internal network infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll join our deployment team, helping to install and configure systems for customers, conduct testing, support on-site integration, and assist with internal IT infrastructure such as routers, switches, and lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 5G RAN system deployment – software installation, configuration, integration, and startup.

• Assist with lab setups and system preparation for customer deliveries.

• Work closely with the engineering team to test and verify hardware/software components.

• Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers.

• Help configure and maintain internal network infrastructure – routers, switches, firewalls.

• Create and maintain documentation for deployments and system procedures.

• Occasionally support on-site deployments with customers worldwide.

Requirements

• A technically curious person with strong learning skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.

• Able to work independently and in a team, taking ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable with technical English, especially reading and writing.

• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Telecommunications, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field – or equivalent experience.

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, routing, switching).

• Familiarity with Linux systems.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to engage with customers and team members.

• Self-organized and open to working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

Good to have

• Experience with 5G/LTE or telecom systems.

• Familiarity with router/switch configuration (e.g., MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti).

• Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python).

• Previous exposure to system deployment or IT support roles.
