Neuraspace, founded in 2020, is on a mission to combat space debris using AI. The company aims to create a vibrant Circular Economy in Space by enabling satellite operators and space agencies to manage operations safely and profitably.
The Role
Neuraspace seeks a skilled orbital dynamics professional to support product development for their satellite collision avoidance system.
What You Will Do
Orbital Dynamics:

Develop technical solutions for orbit determination and propagation
-
Create maneuvering strategies for collision avoidance aligned with mission needs
-
Maintain software elements and coordinate with service providers
-
Manage requirements for orbital dynamics and software projects
Space Traffic & Debris:
-
Demonstrate expertise in debris observation, modeling, mitigation, and risk assessment
-
Analyze space surveillance techniques and develop product requirements
-
Implement collision avoidance strategies
-
Engage with international debris committees (UN COPUOS, IADC)
Customer & Team Engagement:
-
Consult on project status and technical issues
-
Train users and collaborate with engineering staff
-
Foster constructive team environments
Requirements
-
University degree in relevant field (Aerospace, Physics, Mathematics)
-
Strong background in mathematics, mechanics, dynamics
-
Linear algebra expertise and numerical methods proficiency
-
Classical and orbit mechanics knowledge including Keplerian orbits
-
Operational mission experience
-
Programming/scripting familiarity
-
Software lifecycle and database knowledge
-
Fluent English; additional European language advantageous
