About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our growing organization. This role will support our business operations, manage legal compliance, and advise on corporate matters as we scale our deep-tech operations internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate transactions and commercial matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, employment, customer agreements, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across our operating jurisdictions

• Support HR on employment law and labor compliance matters

• Advise on intellectual property protection and licensing

• Manage legal documentation and maintain compliance records

• Assess and mitigate legal risks

• Represent the company in legal negotiations and discussions

• Stay current on regulatory developments relevant to our business

What we are looking for:

• 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law or technology

• Strong knowledge of Spanish and European business law

• Experience with commercial contracts and corporate transactions

• Understanding of employment law and compliance

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to work with international teams and multijurisdictional matters

• Proactive approach to risk management and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the bar (Spain or EU)

• Fluent in Spanish and English
