Quality Control

Quality Control (QC) role ensuring products meet established requirements for quality, function, and durability throughout the production process. Responsibilities include controlling pre-production and shipment samples, preparing manufacturing documentation, updating databases, collaborating with production planning, driving improvements in design and product development, providing product support internally and to customers, and supporting customer service with complaints. Requires relevant experience in quality, production, or manufacturing industry, understanding of pre-production and mass production quality work, attention to detail, structured approach, quality awareness, good collaboration and communication skills. Experience with factory visits and close supplier collaboration is preferred. Material knowledge and Adobe Illustrator skills are advantageous. English language proficiency required.
