RFA's flagship product is the RFA ONE, a 30-metre, three-stage rocket capable of delivering up to 1,300 kg to 500 km sun-synchronous orbit. The vehicle is powered by nine Helix staged-combustion engines — developed in-house — which offer roughly 7% better efficiency than conventional gas-generator engines, translating to about 30% more payload capacity. Paired with the Redshift orbital transfer vehicle, RFA ONE can deliver payloads precisely to any orbit from low Earth to geostationary and beyond.

The company has secured launch rights at SaxaVord Spaceport in Scotland's Shetland Islands and a binding term sheet with CNES for launches from the Diamant pad at Kourou in French Guiana. In January 2025, RFA's UK subsidiary received the first vertical orbital launch operator licence ever issued in Europe. In July 2025, ESA pre-selected RFA as one of five candidates for the European Launcher Challenge, with up to €169 million per company earmarked for the programme. As of March 2026, RFA had shipped its first and second stages to SaxaVord ahead of an inaugural launch planned for summer 2026.
