Synthetic battlefield training platform
A simulated combat environment where autonomous drones, missiles and uncrewed vehicles train and are tested against adaptive, AI-driven adversaries built from live conflict data. It is designed to let defence organisations harden autonomous systems before they reach real operations, and to train on sensitive data without depending on external providers.

About

Agon builds infrastructure to train autonomous weapons systems in synthetic, simulated battlefields before they see real combat. Founded in 2026, the company is based in London with a second office in Berlin. It was started by Tristam Constant, previously a senior director for Europe at Anduril and head of Applied Intuition's European defence business after 13 years in the British Army, together with Junaid Hussain, who had earlier co-founded Cambridge Aerospace and the AI gaming company Iconic.
