Nuclear Solutions
Delkia's nuclear engineering division covers radiometric and nucleonic measurement systems, remote handling and robotic solutions for radioactive environments, glovebox control and containment systems, special nuclear material transfer systems, and safety mechanism systems with PLC-based control architectures. Customers include Cyclife Aquila Nuclear and Sellafield's SRP project via the 3Ps framework. Applications span nuclear operations, waste management, decommissioning and hot-cell work.
Defence Platform Systems
Engineering services for naval and air platforms covering platform and vessel management systems (PMS/VMS), electrical power distribution and control, ballast and fluid management, auxiliary and utility control, and safety-related panel design. Delivered to NATO STANAG and UK Def Stan standards for surface vessels, submarines and maritime patrol aircraft. Project Bumblebee covers integration for autonomous and optionally crewed platforms under UK CAA and MAA airworthiness frameworks.
Mission Systems and Tactical Data Links
End-to-end tactical data link design and integration covering Link 16, Link 22 and JREAP-enabled architectures, drawing on over 37 years of TDL experience. Services include mission system integration, avionics and mission computing support, C2 and ISR data fusion, mission software and apps, and mission assurance testing. The division has supported the A400M Project Team, Sweden's ASC 890 aircraft and the UK MoD Multi-Link Test Facility, and participated in NATO Formidable Shield exercises from FS17 to FS25.
Tactical Data Link Training
ISO 9001-accredited training courses for military and defence professionals covering Link 16 network design, DLM/ICO, JREAP, MIDS Link 16, Link 11, Link 22, VMF and IFF. Delivered by tutors with operational experience across Bosnia/Kosovo, the Gulf, Libya and Afghanistan. Courses are provided on-demand and on-site, with recent deliveries to Sweden and Denmark.

Delkia is a UK engineering and technology company specialising in safety-related and mission-critical systems for the nuclear and defence sectors. Founded in 2010 in Cumbria as Safety Critical Analysis Limited, the company rebranded as Delkia in 2017 and has since grown into a two-site business operating from an 18,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Haydock, Merseyside and a 6,000 sq ft engineering office at Dovenby Hall in Cockermouth, Cumbria.
