Their flagship product, the DIODON HP30, is a fully waterproof and inflatable ISR drone rated IP67, capable of operating in rain, sea state 4 wave conditions and temperatures down to -10°C. Weighing under 2 kg with a 30-minute flight time and 3 nautical mile range, it deploys in under 60 seconds and can be recovered directly from the water surface. The HP30 carries integrated EO/IR sensors for day and night surveillance and uses AES-256 encrypted communications. It has been deployed operationally since 2022.

Beyond the drone itself, Diodon specialises in system integration, connecting maritime UAVs to unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), onboard command and control systems and combat management systems. This UAV-USV interoperability has been validated in exercises including NATO Task Force X Baltic in 2025, where Diodon systems were deployed from Norwegian, American and British USVs. In 2025 the company launched Vigilansea, a three-year France 2030-funded programme with partners SeaOwl Technology Solutions and ISAE-SUPAERO, aimed at achieving persistent autonomous UAV-USV maritime coverage.

Diodon holds AFAQ ISO 9001 certification and is a member of French industrial clusters GICAN, GICAT, ADIF and Pole Mer. In December 2025 Tonner Drones acquired an 8.4% stake, supporting the company's growth trajectory as it targets 100% revenue growth by 2026.
