You will have an international team of 35+ top roboticists behind you and sell technology that has minimal competition worldwide, which is also confirmed by victories in robotics competitions (e.g. Racing League in Abu Dhabi, SPRIND Challenge in Germany) and fresh titles from the AI Awards 2024 and 2025.

What will be your job

  • engage with prospective and existing clients in the private, public, and government sectors to understand their technical requirements;

  • lead technical discovery discussions and prepare technical proposals and price quotations;

  • present and explain our product portfolio, including standard research drones (such as the F4F RoboFly), the online DroneBuilder configurator, and custom autonomous drone systems;

  • work with R&D and engineering teams to translate client needs into system specifications;

  • maintain technical contact and ongoing communication with client engineering and management teams throughout projects;

  • provide technical input for business growth and market development activities.

What we require

  • degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
  • experience or strong background in aerospace or drone technology;
  • experience in technical consulting, solution design, or pre-sales engineering;
  • ability to quickly understand complex technical products and explain their value to clients;
  • ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders;
  • strong communication, presentation, and technical problem-solving skills;
  • proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and generate leads;
  • ability to collaborate effectively with development and marketing teams;
  • fluency in English for professional and business communications;
  • willingness to travel domestic and internationally for client visits, industry events, and conferences.

What would be a great plus

  • aerospace experience or a strong interest in the latest drone technologies;
  • overview of customer segments, such as critical infrastructure, logistics, etc.;
  • knowledge and common practice with CRM systems.

What we offer

  • the opportunity to build a global brand and participate in trade fairs, negotiations with clients around the world;
  • work on breakthrough aviation technologies with real impact;
  • base salary and sales commission;
  • an inspiring international team full of energy and innovation;
  • 25 days of vacation, sick days, meal vouchers, multisport/cafeteria, personal budget for education/work equipment;
  • flexible regime: 1 day from home, 4 days in the office in the center of Prague.
