Rollo Robotics is an Estonian robotics company developing the world's first commercially viable autonomous one-wheeled robot. The company is moving from R&D into production and is hiring a Production Technologist to help build production processes from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Build production processes from the ground up

• Design and implement manufacturing workflows for new products

• Prepare technical documentation, including work instructions, drawings and process descriptions

• Plan resources across materials, equipment and workforce

• Optimize and test processes for efficiency and reliability

• Ensure quality and safety standards are met

What they're looking for

• Strong technical mindset and practical understanding of how things work

• Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies and materials

• Experience with CAD/CAM tools

• Experience with ERP or similar systems

• Ability to analyze and improve processes

• Independent, team-oriented problem solving and fast learning
