Overview

Marduk Technologies focuses on the development of electro-optical systems for drone detection, classification, and targeting. Our products combine precision mechanics, electronics, and sensing to counteract UAV's. We are looking for a Staffing Specialist to source, hire and train experts from various different fields.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing resumes and sourcing and hiring of candidates from various fields.

• Structural setup and conducting of job interviews.

• Employee data management and coordination

• Documentation handling.

• Negotiate and send out position offers.

Requirements

• Minimum C1 level in both English and Estonian.

• Previous experience in an HR or hiring-related field.

• Extremely strong communication skills.

• Ability to identify staffing needs.

• Ability to evaluate candidates and integrate them into the team long term.

• Familiarity with HR platforms.
