Rollo Robotics is developing 1ROLLO, an autonomous one-wheeled robotic platform designed for real-world outdoor operation. As the company launches pilot projects and prepares for commercial deployments, it is hiring a Commercial Service Lead to build and scale Robot-as-a-Service operations.

What you'll be doing

• Build and manage Rollo's Robot-as-a-Service operational model

• Lead customer onboarding, deployment planning and service delivery

• Create scalable operational processes for robot deployments and support

• Coordinate with engineering, autonomy and hardware teams

• Manage pilot projects and commercial deployments with enterprise customers

• Develop service workflows, SLAs, reporting and customer communication processes

• Help structure pricing models, support packages and long-term service agreements

• Travel to customer sites and deployment locations when needed

• Ensure customers receive reliable operational support and high system uptime

What they're looking for

• Strong operational and commercial mindset

• Experience managing complex technology deployments or field operations

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Structured problem solving and ability to build processes from scratch

• Comfort working with hardware, robotics or mobility technologies

Bonus experience includes robotics or autonomous systems, security technology, EV operations or fleet management, and scaling operational services in a technology company.
