Now, we are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a Drone Technician (f/m/d), you will ensure our products are built and scaled to deliver industry-leading safety, reliability, and performance.
Your roadmap to make an impact

Oversee and execute the hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems

Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements

Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration

Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs

Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development

Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards
Job requirements
Who you are
-
Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in soldering, spot welding, 3D printing.

Working knowledge of UAV-specific electronics, avionics, and related components

Highly self-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Fluent in German or English
