Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a Security Manager (m/f/d) to establish, implement, and continuously improve physical, organizational, and operational security across our sites. You ensure that people, facilities, information, and assets are protected in line with regulatory, customer, and defense-industry requirements.
Your Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain physical security concepts for offices, production areas, test facilities, and sensitive zones

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations relevant to defense, critical infrastructure, and industrial environments

Manage access control systems, visitor processes, badge management, and security zones

Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and incident analyses, and define mitigation measures

Act as the main point of contact for security-related topics with internal stakeholders, authorities, customers, and external security providers

Define and enforce security policies, procedures, and awareness measures for employees and contractors

Coordinate and oversee external security service providers

Support security requirements for customer projects, audits, and certifications

Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records
Your Profile
-
Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

Several years of experience in physical security, corporate security, or site security, ideally in regulated or defense-related environments

Strong understanding of access control, surveillance systems, security processes, and risk management

Experience working with authorities, auditors, and external security providers

Structured, reliable, and discreet working style with high integrity

Strong communication skills and ability to enforce policies in a pragmatic manner

Fluent in English; German is required
