Senior Project Manager (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of high-performing, scalable systems that are essential to successful product delivery.

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary deep tech R&D projects

• Set up and run project governance, including planning, milestones, phase gates, reporting

• Coordinate cross functional teams

• Drive stakeholder decision making

• Prepare and deliver clear project status reports

Required skills:

• 7+ years of proven experience delivering complex technical or R&D projects

• Strong project management expertise in technical or R&D environments

• Technical background in a relevant STEM field

• Proficiency in established project management approaches

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
