Rotors & Cams Zrt. is an innovative drone development and manufacturing company operating in the highly regulated aviation and security technology sectors.

We are looking for a technically minded Technical Writer who can work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams and transform complex technical information into clear, accurate and well-structured documentation.

This role goes beyond document administration. We are looking for someone who can understand the technical content behind the documentation, confidently interpret technical drawings and specifications, and collaborate with engineers to ensure technical accuracy.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including technical descriptions, work instructions, user manuals, and assembly and maintenance instructions

• Interpreting engineering documentation, technical drawings and product specifications and preparing related documentation

• Working closely with development engineers, manufacturing teams and other technical departments

• Transforming complex technical information into clear, structured and user-friendly documentation

• Reviewing, updating and standardising existing technical documentation

• Managing document version control, approval and release processes

• Organising, archiving and maintaining technical documentation

• Creating, editing and reviewing technical documentation in both English and Hungarian

• Ensuring compliance with documentation standards and internal requirements

• Providing documentation support for certification and audit processes

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of documentation systems and processes

You might be the right fit if you

• Have a technical qualification or relevant hands-on experience in a technical or engineering environment

• Can confidently read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation

• Have experience creating, editing or managing technical documentation

• Can turn complex technical information into clear and logically structured content

• Have a precise, structured and systematic approach to your work

• Have strong written English skills, particularly in a technical environment

• Can communicate effectively with engineers and other technical professionals

• Are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with engineering teams
