What You’ll Do:

• Procure materials for production and R&D needs, building strong partnerships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality, security of supply, and innovation.

• Conduct contract and price negotiations, balancing cost efficiency with the critical quality requirements of the defense industry. Evaluate existing and potential suppliers.

• Monitor order fulfillment, maintain accurate and up-to-date information in systems, and oversee invoice receipt.

• Monitor inventory levels of critical components, preventing shortages and production delays.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and compliance teams.

• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and various projects.

What We are Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience as a procurement specialist or in a similar role, with experience in procurement within the aviation, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industry.

• Experience in negotiations, contract management, and evaluation of supplier offers is preferred.

• Understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in procurement processes.

• Previous experience working with ERP systems, including planning and organizing work within them, and preparing reports on completed tasks.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions as the company grows and develops.

• Open, responsible, and professional attitude toward work and colleagues, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
