Technical Support Specialist

Your main tasks are going to be:

• customer technical support in English via e-mail and telephone;

• simulation of problem situations on radio and network equipment;

• design of microwave radio links and networks;

• preparation and maintenance of documentation;

• preparation and conduct of technical training.

You must have:

• good networking skills in switching and routing;

• higher education in exact sciences;

• good English language skills and communication skills;

• accuracy, patience, and a high sense of responsibility;

• willingness and ability to travel.
