Your Role
To strengthen our organization, we are recruiting a Quality, Safety & Environment Manager. In this key position, you will define, implement, and continuously improve our Quality, Safety and Environmental management system, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, normative, and customer requirements in highly demanding industrial sectors. You will also act as a key interface with certification bodies, inspection organizations, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and implement the company’s Quality, Safety and Environmental policy.
· Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to quality, safety, and environment.
· Maintain and develop the company’s management systems and certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CEFRI, KTA 1401, EN 1090, and other applicable standards.
· Identify, assess, and manage quality, safety, and environmental risks.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
· Act as the main point of contact for certification bodies, inspection organizations, and regulatory authorities.
· Plan, coordinate, and follow up internal and external audits.
· Monitor QSE performance indicators and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Support operational teams in the application of quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
· Promote a culture of operational excellence, safety awareness, and environmental responsibility.
Your Profile
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar QHSE management position.
· Technical or engineering background.
· Proven experience in an industrial environment.
· Strong knowledge of management systems, certification schemes, and applicable regulations.
· Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
· Experience in the nuclear and/or space sectors is considered a strong advantage.
· Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
· EU citizenship required.
· Rigorous, autonomous, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
