This one is about building solutions.

Every customer has different operational challenges to solve, and no two projects are ever the same.

One project might involve integrating specialist radar systems onto a THeMIS platform. The next could require combining existing Milrem technologies with entirely new third-party capabilities.

As our Senior Technical Lead, you'll turn customer commitments into engineering reality.

Working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers and engineering teams across the business, you'll own the technical delivery of complex customer integrations—from early technical proposals through to successful delivery.

This is not a people management role.

You'll lead through technical expertise, systems thinking and influence.

Who we're looking for:

We're particularly interested in people who have built complex products in which software, electronics, and mechanics come together to create a complete system. Experience in defence is welcome but not essential; we're equally interested in candidates from robotics, aerospace, automotive, industrial automation and other multidisciplinary engineering environments.

The strongest candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Systems Engineering

• Embedded Systems

• Robotics or Autonomous Systems

• Mechatronics

• Defence, Aerospace or Automotive

• Industrial Automation or Complex Machinery

• Complex hardware/software product development

• Technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams
