You’ll work in a collaborative environment with experienced engineers, where technical quality, ownership, and practical problem-solving matter more than unnecessary formalities.
You’ll join our internal team, working on projects across demanding industries including medical and life sciences, telecommunications, oil & gas, and aerospace. Expect end-to-end ownership, including React/TypeScript interfaces, Python/FastAPI backends, data layers, integrations, and cloud deployment.
Your responsibilities:

Designing and modifying mechanical equipment for subsea Oil & Gas installations,

3D modelling and preparing technical drawings in Creo,
-
Preparing technical specifications and procurement documentation,
-
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including quality and EHS documentation,
-
Managing design data in a PLM environment (TeamCenter),
-
Independently owning assigned design tasks, with support from senior engineers and leads,
-
Ensuring designs comply with technical and project requirements,
-
Working with internal and external stakeholders across international engineering teams,
-
Identifying improvement opportunities in designs and processes,
-
Delivering tasks in line with project schedules and methodology.
Requirements:

Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
-
3+ years of experience in mechanical design,
-
Hands-on experience with Creo,
-
Experience preparing technical documentation (drawings, specifications),
-
English at minimum B2 level, used in daily work with international teams,
-
Ability to work from the Warsaw office 2–3 days per week.
Nice to have:

Experience in Oil & Gas, subsea, energy or heavy industry,

Experience with TeamCenter or another PLM system,

Experience working on projects in large organisations.
