Neuraspace, founded in 2020, is on a mission to combat space debris using AI. The company has raised €2.5 million and aims to establish a Circular Economy in Space by empowering satellite operators and space agencies through AI-driven solutions.

The Role

Oversee co-funded projects and financial management for Neuraspace, working with funding entities and internal teams.

What You Will Do

• Oversee co-funded projects (such as PRR) with communication to funding entities and internal teams

• Organize and conduct project meetings, track action items, and monitor milestones

• Prepare reports and payment requests for co-financed initiatives

• Generate financial reports for administrative purposes

• Create and monitor business plans, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts

• Manage treasury operations and monthly financial planning

• Supervise accounting and tax matters

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 6 years in related professional roles

• Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency

• Documented experience managing co-financed projects (PT2020, H2020)

• Portuguese and English fluency

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Nice to Have

• Technical background knowledge

• Certification from the Order of Certified Accountants

• Prior experience with European Space Agency projects
