Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for management and delivery of R&D projects.

-Lead and manage R&D teams -Deliver R&D projects including projects goals, projects delivery -Transfer R&D projects into manufacturing -Allocate resources effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks, and ensure timely deliverables
