About the role

Clavister is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll be the first line of technical support for our customers, helping them resolve issues and maximize the value of their Clavister solutions.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll work with a diverse customer base, troubleshooting complex network security issues and providing timely solutions. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping customers maintain secure, stable, and efficient network environments.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to Clavister customers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network security-related issues

  • Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when needed

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical issues

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation

  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development

  • Assist with customer onboarding and training

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Clavister products

Who you are

  • You have 2+ years of technical support experience (IT support, helpdesk, or similar)

  • You have a strong understanding of networking and security concepts

  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • You are patient and empathetic with customers

  • You have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • You are self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus
