Products & Solutions

SKYctrl
A modular counter-drone system that detects, tracks, classifies and neutralises small aerial vehicles. The system combines 3D MIMO radar, RF sensors, pan-tilt-zoom cameras with day/night vision, Wi-Fi sensors and multi-band jammers covering 20 frequency bands including ISM, VHF, UHF, GSM, LTE and GNSS. Control is handled through CyView, a web-based C2 platform that uses neural networks for real-time tracking and supports external system integration via open API. The Ultra model achieves a maximum detection range of 30 km, with 10 km range against micro-UAVs. Available in stationary, portable and mobile configurations, and can be integrated with kinetic effectors including an autonomous interceptor drone unveiled in 2024.
FIELDctrl
A family of FMCW 3D MIMO radars operating at 9.7–10 GHz, purpose-built for detecting drones and other small flying objects including targets with a radar cross-section as low as 0.01 m². Four variants cover detection ranges from 3 km to 8 km with different field-of-view configurations, with the Ultra model offering 360-degree omnidirectional scanning. Minimum detection speed is 0 m/s, enabling detection of hovering targets. The radars carry IP66/IP67 environmental protection ratings and have been deployed in battlefield conditions, integrating with VSHORAD and SHORAD air defence systems.

About

Advanced Protection Systems (APS) is a Gdynia-based defence technology company that develops radar and counter-drone systems entirely in-house. Founded by Dr. Maciej Klemm and Dr. Radosław Piesiewicz, both with PhDs and international research backgrounds, APS designs every component of its systems, from integrated circuits and electronics through mechatronics to software, at its facilities in Poland. Its technology is free of ITAR restrictions and is manufactured entirely domestically.
