Products & Solutions

Military Lithium-Ion Batteries
A range of bespoke rechargeable battery packs engineered to UK Defence Standards and US MIL-STD specifications. Key products include the LIPS 16 (24V, 80Ah with RS232 communications), the LIPS 15 (24V, 28Ah portable battery) and the BPMS Mk 2 (ruggedised 24V, 120Ah uninterruptible power supply). Each system incorporates smart diagnostics, fuel gauging and battery management electronics tailored to the platform.
Specialist Platform Batteries
Purpose-built battery systems designed around specific vehicle or platform requirements. Includes the CUTLASS Mk 2 high-power lithium-ion battery developed for Northrop Grumman's CUTLASS explosive ordnance disposal robot, high-voltage packs for BAE Systems Prismatic's PHASA-35 high-altitude aircraft and subsea battery systems for autonomous underwater vehicles with integrated data logging.
Battery Chargers and Conditioners
Multi-channel charging and conditioning systems for field and logistics use. The Armada is a six-channel conditioner that can prepare lithium-ion batteries to below 30% state of charge for IATA-compliant air transport and restore them on arrival. The Caravel Mk2 is a multi-channel field charger supporting a range of military battery types including those used in SquadNet radios.
Cables and Adaptors
Custom cable assemblies and battery adaptors built to interface Lincad batteries with specific equipment and platform connectors. Produced to the same defence and environmental standards as Lincad's battery products.
