Its flagship product, Gannet, is a drone-agnostic guidance kit that bolts onto existing UAVs and turns them into precision-guided munitions. The kit combines an aerodynamic section that extends horizontal flight range up to 200 meters from a 500 meter release altitude, keeping the carrier drone clear of counter-UAS defences, with a modular payload section carrying up to 1,000 grams and a guidance module that hits targets within a meter without satellite navigation. Because the system is jam-resistant and platform-agnostic, UAV manufacturers can integrate it into a new airframe in under four weeks.

PDKINEMATICS has a strategic partnership with Bavovna.ai, one of Ukraine's largest bomber-class UAV manufacturers, and Gannet kits already fly on Bavovna's platforms along the front line. The company has also partnered with the Italian UAV manufacturer SiraLab to expand into European markets, and its guidance system was selected to take part in Iron Wolf 2026, Lithuania's largest international military exercise.

In June 2026, PDKINEMATICS raised a €2 million seed round co-led by Coinvest Capital and Iron Wolf Capital, taking its total funding to €3 million. The company plans to use the capital to scale manufacturing and expand deployments across Europe and Ukraine.
