Products & Solutions

SE01 Q-Locked TPM
SE01 Q-Locked TPM
A system-on-chip Trusted Platform Module built on CHERI ISA v9 memory-safe architecture and taped out with TSMC on a 22nm process. It integrates hardware-accelerated post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (NIST FIPS 203, 204 and 205), secure key generation and storage, device authentication and attestation, and an ultra-low power Quantum Random Number Generator for entropy-constrained environments. The chip is designed towards FIPS 140-3 standards and can be deployed in servers and HPC clusters, edge and IoT devices, or embedded on custom PCBs for bespoke applications.

About

SECQAI is a British semiconductor company founded in 2021 and headquartered in London. The company was co-founded by Rahul Tyagi (CEO) to address a fundamental problem in hardware security: roughly 70% of known vulnerabilities trace back to memory safety failures. SECQAI builds semiconductors that eliminate this class of attack at the chip level, combined with hardware-accelerated post-quantum cryptography.
