Its main platform, the Rapier X-25, is a mini-class fixed-wing UAS weighing up to 25 kg with more than 16 hours of endurance and a 100 km datalink range. It carries interchangeable electro-optical/infrared, synthetic aperture radar, LiDAR and hyperspectral payloads, and two operators can deploy it in under 15 minutes. The Rapier X-SkySAR variant adds a lightweight airborne SAR payload for all-weather surveillance, ground moving target indication and change detection, alongside EO/IR sensors with laser designation. Both aircraft are ITAR-free, built from carbon fibre and aluminium alloy structures, and certified to STANAG 4703 and SAE AER. P-2-6-7 standards.

The Rapier X-25 entered service with the Italian Air Force's 32nd Wing at Amendola, Foggia. In December 2022, the Italian Army signed a nine million euro contract through the DAAA (National Directorate of Aeronautical Armaments and Airworthiness) for two systems, each with three aircraft, including logistics support and training. Sky Eye Systems also works with geospatial analytics firm Planetek Italia to combine Rapier imagery with data fusion and automatic object recognition for territorial monitoring.
