Product Manager

Requirements:

• Higher education – technical or economic background;

• Experience in sales, product management, or project management;

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills;

• Market-oriented personality with strong technical knowledge and affinity for the hunting segment and defense industry;

• Proficiency in English (a second foreign language is considered an advantage);

• Excellent computer literacy;

• Creativity and entrepreneurial mindset;

• Responsibility, proactiveness, and strong team-working skills;

• Willingness and readiness for frequent international travel.

Responsibilities:

• Development and management of the product portfolio;

• Monitoring and coordination of ongoing projects;

• Participation in sales and after-sales activities;

• Preparation of marketing and product-analytical reports;

• Organization and participation in specialized exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, and other events in Bulgaria and abroad;

• Cross-functional role: Ensuring effective communication and alignment of the product strategy between engineering departments, marketing, sales, and support.
