We are experiencing an increasing demand for our products and as part of this growth, we are looking for a new colleague for our System Integration, Test & Verification (ITV) team. As our new colleague, you will play a vital role in further strengthening our ITV team within qualification testing and certification activities.

Qualification Test Engineer for our state-of-the-art radars

In this position, you will lead and execute environmental qualification and verification tests, while collecting and generating traceable documentation. You'll work in close collaborations with our engineering subsystem teams, quality department, and external test houses, thereby ensuring that our products meet relevant regulatory requirements and military standards.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Lead environmental qualification and verification campaigns

  • Develop qualification plans, test procedures, test reports, while ensuring requirements traceability

  • Interface with our customers and test partners to ensure compliance and documentation.

  • Collaborate with electronics, systems, and software engineers to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Analyse test data to validate radar system performance under operational and extreme conditions.

  • Prepare and present technical reports and qualification documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures or anomalies.

Other responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Support design reviews, risk assessments, and system qualification efforts

  • Monitor evolving EU regulations, military standards, and other relevant compliance frameworks

  • Contribute to internal audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

Your CV includes:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or any other related technical discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with environmental qualification and verification of complex electronic and electromechanical products, preferably with radar, defence or aerospace systems

  • Experience working with qualification plans, test procedures, test reports, and requirements traceability

  • Knowledge of IEC60068 and military standards such as AECTP/STANAG 4370, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, and MIL-STD-1275 is highly desirable.

  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams
