Quality & Compliance Lead

What will you be doing?

• Identify the requirements and standards applicable to 1Rollo and lead product risk analysis.

• Build the necessary quality, documentation, and change management processes.

• Prepare the product for CE and UL compliance and certification.

• Work with certification laboratories, suppliers, and our development and production teams.

• Manage supplier quality and product traceability.

• Lead the resolution of non-conformities and continuous improvement activities.

• Prepare and maintain the technical documentation required for certification.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in developing or implementing quality management systems (QMS).

• Hands-on experience with quality, compliance, or certification of technical products.

• Ability to assess product risks and turn quality and safety requirements into practical solutions.

• Understanding of supplier and production quality processes.

• A systematic and technically minded approach, with the ability to take ownership of your area.

• Excellent Estonian and working proficiency in English.

Nice to have: experience in robotics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or another technical product field, as well as familiarity with production quality audits, the EU Machinery Regulation, or safety requirements for autonomous mobile robots.

Higher education is preferred but not required – your knowledge and practical experience matter more to us.
