What will you be doing?
-
designing the Physical AI architecture for 1Rollo;
-
taking the first version from concept to a working solution;
-
writing code, running experiments, training models, and building simulations;
-
validating solutions on a real robot;
-
defining the 12–24-month Physical AI technology roadmap for 1Rollo;
-
helping build and technically lead the future Physical AI team.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
-
has experience building AI or autonomous systems from prototype to a working real-world solution;
-
is ready to work hands-on — writing code, running experiments, training models, building simulations, and validating solutions on real hardware;
-
can define and build the AI architecture;
-
can take ownership of the technical direction of Physical AI at 1Rollo;
-
has the potential to build and technically lead a strong team as the field grows.
