Manufacturing Engineer – Metal Forming (all genders)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You develop, stabilize, and scale metal forming processes for high-performance components. You ensure repeatable processes, consistent quality, and early detection and elimination of deviations.

Current processes: Spinforming, Bending & Heat Treatment.

**Your tasks in detail

**Develop and optimize metal forming processes for spinforming, bending and heat treatment.

Perform root cause analysis and drive sustainable defect elimination.

Prepare processes for industrialization, improve efficiency, and define and document process standards.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or similar

• Several years of experience in metal forming, manufacturing, or process engineering

• Strong understanding of material behavior in forming processes and experience in process optimization

• Experience with quality and defect analysis and a structured, data-driven approach

• Experience in an industrial environment, preferably aerospace or automotive

• Also Experience with spinforming, bending, or heat treatment
