Job Description
We are looking for Software Engineers who will build development tools for our novel processor architecture. You and your team will help define the needed hardware support for debugging and performance analysis; design and implement low-level tooling to connect our hardware to standard tools such as GDB; design and implement a simulation environment that lets software developers target our processor ahead of and alongside hardware availability.
Prospective team members require strong C++ and C skills, with a good understanding of low-level software and the hardware/software boundary; experience with Python or similar scripting languages. We are also looking for skills in the following areas: computer architecture and simulation, RISC-V knowledge, familiarity with hardware simulation (e.g., Verilator, QEMU, gem5), experience with performance-analysis tooling.
Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) and first relevant experience (internships, projects) welcome.
Relocation required. Currently 4 days on-site, 1 day remote. Policy may change.
