About the position

We are looking for a drone test pilot, who would be responsible for our Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAS) testing, evaluation and development. If you have a passion for aviation, technical knowledge and a desire to participate in the development of new technologies, this vacancy is for you.

As a Drone Test Pilot, you will:

• Conduct flight tests of unmanned aerial vehicles in both FPV mode and automatic mission flights

• Test and evaluate the functionality of ground base stations by conducting observations and studies on system operation

• Analyze system errors, document them and report them to the development team to improve the company's technological solutions

• Participate in technology demonstrations, trials and business trips as needed

• Lead, develop, improve, and evolve client training programs

• Provide necessary support to customers

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS)

• Good knowledge of drone control principles, flight modes and safety procedures

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures, as well as provide constructive feedback to the development team

• Ability to work both independently and effectively in a team

• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in high-stress situations

• Meticulous approach and accuracy in work, ability to follow instructions, develop and improve them

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• CAA/EASA issued A1/A3 and A2 pilot certification (STS certificate is also desirable)

• English language skills at a technical level (reading, writing and speaking)

• Open, communicative, confident, and charismatic personality

• Category B driving license
